This is the "Third Firing"; a special process of firing in the kiln each piece after laving decorated it.
The Company Biancalani Elio, is continuing this antique way of working which is still today representing the strenght of the Company.
At the beginning, in the 1946, Elio Biancalani effected the decoration on glass with the galvano-plastic system.
Successively, by the sixties from silver he passed to Gold at "Three firing".
The manufacturing is completely made by hand with precious enamels and gold at 24 Kts, and as last cycle of working, the special firing in the kiln giving to glass an exceptional brightness.
Eventual small faults are the demonstration that product is original.
